Rosemary Williams

Rosemary joined Corrigan in 2021, having previously worked in the corporation tax department of an international practice.
She manages a portfolio of corporate clients, ranging from small and medium sized owner managed businesses, to UK groups of companies and UK subsidiaries of overseas parented groups.
Focussing on liaising with and assisting her client companies on their corporation tax compliance, Rosemary ensures they meet their statutory filing and payment deadlines and advises them regarding group tax matters including international aspects, and capital allowances and other reliefs.
Rosemary also works closely with our audit colleagues, assisting with group reporting and corporation tax disclosures.
